The Power of Prayer

We all know the power of prayer. We believe that special concerns call for special prayers. Thus the formation of the "Prayer Chain" at Our Savior's. We have eight individual chains consisting of 8-10 people on each chain. When a special prayer request is called into the church office, the Prayer Chain is started. The head of each chain is contacted, given the information pertinent to the concern and that person contacts the next person on their list until the list is completed. During the peak winter season with all 8 chains functioning, there are more than 70 people praying at any given time for that special concern.

I you have someone you feel needs those extra prayers, please do not hestitate to contact the church office to get the "Prayer Chain" working. There is Power in Prayer!

  1. Continued prayers for my close friend and member of our church Natasha Sapp. They are closely monitoring her and doing several tests to determine what is causing her to be so sick. She is extremely nauseous and they are trying to get it under control. I truly hope she will back in good health and home soon with her three beautiful young children and husband. God, please watch over her and the doctors to find the answers needed.

  3. Please include Adele Eidsness in your prayers. She will have knee replacement surgery Monday, Apr 8, in MN. After the hospital stay she will go to a Rehab Facility.
